BMS Cognitive Impairment in Alzheimer’s Disease

A Phase 3 randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study evaluating the efficacy and safety of KarXT and KarX-EC for the treatment of cognitive impairment associated with mild-to-moderate Alzheimer’s disease (MINDSET 1).

Pfizer Menstrual Migraine

A Phase 3 study investigating the safety and effectiveness of rimegepant for the intermittent prevention of menstrual migraine in female participants between 18 and 40 years of age.

Roche Alzheimer’s Disease

A Phase 3 multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study evaluating trontinemab in individuals with early Alzheimer’s disease, including mild cognitive impairment and mild dementia due to Alzheimer’s disease.
