Information About Services

Our team can provide information about available memory services and clinical research opportunities.

Memory Tests We Administer

Mini Mental State Examination (MMSE)

Content The MMSE is a commonly used screening tool that helps assess different areas of cognitive function, including memory, attention, language, and orientation.

Free and Cued Selective Reminding Test (FCSRT)

The FCSRT is designed to help identify more subtle signs of memory loss that may not be detected through standard screening alone.

Annual Follow-Up Testing

Participants may choose to have their results stored securely in our database and may be offered opportunities for annual follow-up testing.

Because Alzheimer’s disease is progressive, annual testing can help monitor memory abilities over time and may support earlier detection of meaningful changes.
