Who We Are

True North Clinical Research (TNCR) is an independent clinical research facility based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. We conduct clinical research studies focused on improving the understanding, prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of neurological and other health conditions.

Our research programs primarily focus on central nervous system (CNS) indications and movement disorders. Through partnerships with leading pharmaceutical and biotechnology organizations, we help advance new therapies that may improve quality of life for patients today and in the future.

By participating in research, volunteers play an important role in helping medical science develop safer and more effective treatments for a wide range of conditions.
